After renting for years at this location the new manager jessica was very rude and told me she was kicking me out even before my time ended and also told me she was going to suspend my code so I can get in and get my stuff even tho I pay my rent on time all the time

The first piece of advice that I have is MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT FOR ALL TRANSACTIONS!! Also have everything in writing and a physical copy of all your paperwork! I have only been with 303 storage going on my second month right now and when I initially signed up to rent a 10x20 unit I agreed to do thier "special" they still have going on, and that was get 2 months for 50% off when you sign up online! Well that's a load of crap I signed up online on September 14th and didn't sign the lease agreement until September 27 and when I signed my lease I read everything very carefully and specifically clarified with the manager that my next payment would not be due until November 14th and it stated so on the receipt which I asked for a copy of but conveniently did NOT get one. Well on October 13th I started getting notifications that I had a payment due on the 14th of October!! Well then started the phones calls telling me I now owed them a payment of 225.00 for the month of October. I have tried talking to management and they are telling me that they have no record of me getting that special when I signed up and that I only paid for one month and I have been locked out of my unit for the entire month of October. When I asked to speak to corporate all they gave me was a complaint number and I received ONE phone call from a gentleman that assured me he would look into it, and I am yet to hear from him again.I called them again and was told that both people that deal with complaints are out with Covid and will not be back in the office for a few weeks. Well where does that leave me? I have been locked out of my unit this entire time!! I am beside myself right now because I would have NEVER signed up and agreed to pay 225.00 a month for a storage unit. I made it a point to shop around for the best deal because I am a single disabled mother of 3 and can't afford that much a month. I didn't intend on staying there for longer than the 2 months I signed up for.

The online registration was easy. However, I could not get in with the code the website gave me until I went into the office at the location and gave a little more info, but that was easy too.
